I visited Houston Metro Urology clinic on February 24, 2025 and was seen by Dr. Gelpi-Hammerschmidt. It was not my first visit. The overall experience, as usual, was very positive from scheduling through checkout. The personnel was nice and efficient. The waiting time was acceptable and the environment is clean and patient friendly. Doctors assistant took a good care of me. Dr. Gelpi-Hammerschmidt is my PCP for my urology needs. He is a top-notch professional and is very nice and relatable as a person. He has helped me a lot in the past. This time around we had a very productive discussion. I am very happy Dr. Gelpi-Hammerschmidt is my doctor and very grateful to him. Thank you Houston Metro Urology!

Felt really sick for a while and was referred to dr. gelpi by a different doctor. Best thing to have happen to me. Gelpi helped us both emotionally and financially by guiding us in every step of the way. After he performed my surgery, he explained everything in a insuring and professional manner. I trust dr. I've been seeing Dr. Gelpi for about 18 months. I was very favorably impressed with his approach to diagnosing my prostate cancer and helping me decide on the course of treatment that suited me best. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and above all, he’s a true human when it comes to treating his patients!The staff is courteous and smiling at all times. Their portal is user friendly and the staff explains to you exactly what to expect financially. God bless you doc and please keep your staff as good as they are right now. Dr .Gelpi and his assistant were fabulous, I have been in healthcare over 15 years and my experience here has been amazing! Dr. Gelpi's bedside manner is wonderful ,he is thorough and caring even if he may not know exactly what is wrong he is passionate about helping you find some answers.
