I brought my father here yesterday for a second opinion. I absolutely loved everything about the visit! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the enthusiastic receptionist who definitely had her system in place & running while giving the best guest/patient service I have seen in healthcare in the 17 years I have worked the field. The wait time was non existent which I assume was a result of how well the front desk was operating. Once to the back, Dr. Lapin displayed amazing bedside manner. He listened effectively, had a great down to earth personality and never once pushed any procedure or process. He lead with integrity and patience while giving his knowledge to my father extremely well. It’s hard to please my dad when leaving a Dr appt & he had not one complaint. Thank you to this amazing team! Our only wish is that we would have found you all sooner

12/2/2024 My 81 year old husband and I (79) had a very positive experience at our appointment with Dr Lapin today. The office is extremely organized with very nice welcoming receptionists including Nina who welcomed us and checked us in. I believe that Elizabeth was our very nice and efficient nurse. I had a scare about 20 years ago with a high PSA of 8. I came to Dr Lapin and he proceeded slowly to monitor the PSA. Over a period of several it keep creeping up and he finally convinced me it is time to do a biopsy. So, I agreed, and all came back negative. He is not fast to perform surgery but will rather monitor the situation and make decisions on the information received from exams and blood work. I been very fortunate to have a doctor the is passionate about his professional and dedicated to performing the best care for his patients. I highly recommend and have recommended Dr. Lapin. I call this Family Care not because they take care of your entire family but due to the way they treat you like family. I'm always greeted with a smile, everyone is genuinely interested in not only why I am there but how my life has been doing as a whole. And even though I usually arrive early for my appointment I am never kept waiting and more times than not brought into the exam room before my actual appointment time.
